Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect information across our services.

This page is maintained by Insight Analytics LLC to describe our privacy practices. It is not legal advice; please consult counsel for a legally binding policy tailored to your jurisdiction.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you provide through our contact forms, plus standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) used for security and analytics.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, improve our website, and meet legal obligations.

Website analytics

We use our own first-party analytics on public pages — no third-party advertising or analytics networks. When you visit, we store a random anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage (a visitor ID that persists, and a session ID that resets after about 30 minutes of inactivity). These identifiers are random values; they do not contain your name, email, or phone number, and we do not use fingerprinting techniques.

Alongside those identifiers we record: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked (including the visible label), scroll depth, when a form is started or submitted, the page you arrived on, the referring website, and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign). If a marketing link includes an opaque campaign recipient code (for example lead_id), we store that code so we can connect the visit to the campaign that sent it.

We also record coarse technical details your browser reports: device category, browser, operating system, screen size, language and time zone. We do not store your IP address. Where our hosting provider supplies an approximate country, region or city, we store that coarse location; when it is unavailable we store nothing rather than estimating.

We use this information to measure site performance, understand which content is useful, attribute traffic to marketing campaigns, and follow up appropriately on inquiries. Analytics data is readable only by our administrators.

When a visit is associated with you

Anonymous visits stay anonymous. We do not attempt to identify you from your IP address, device fingerprinting, reverse lookup or third-party data enrichment, and we never buy or append contact data.

Information you voluntarily submit through a form on this site (for example your name, email, phone and company on our contact, consultation, discovery call, project estimator, ROI calculator or newsletter forms), details recognised from a client portal account you sign in to, or contact details we already hold for a campaign recipient code included in a link we sent you, may be associated with the first-party visitor and session records described above. We do this for attribution, support and lead follow-up. An administrator may also add or correct contact details manually.

These contact records are stored separately, are readable only by our administrators, are never exposed publicly or in page addresses, and are never shared with advertising networks. Contact contact@insightanalyticsdata.com to ask us to delete the contact details associated with your visits.

Client portal accounts

If you request portal access, we store the details you submit (name, company, email, optional phone and your message) so we can review the request. Portal accounts are created by us — they cannot be self-registered. For an approved account we store your contact details, company name, and the projects, updates, resource links, deliverable files and support messages associated with your engagement.

Files shared through the portal are held in private storage and are never publicly accessible; downloads use short-lived links generated only for signed-in users of that account. Portal records are readable only by your own account and our administrators. Contact contact@insightanalyticsdata.com to close a portal account or request deletion of its data.

Data security

We apply least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, and standard operational security controls.

Your rights
