Is there a setup fee on top of the monthly price?
Often, yes. A one-time implementation fee may apply depending on how many systems need connecting and how complex the data modelling is. We quote it in writing before any work starts — there are no surprise charges mid-engagement.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or end an engagement with notice. Larger enterprise programmes are scoped as phased statements of work.
Who owns the dashboards and data models?
You do. Everything we build is delivered inside your own tenancy and licences wherever possible, and the models, pipelines, and documentation are yours to keep.
Do I need to already have a data warehouse?
No. Starter and Professional engagements commonly connect directly to existing systems such as spreadsheets, databases, and SaaS tools. A warehouse is introduced when data volume or governance requirements justify it.
What if my needs sit between two plans?
That is common. We scope to the work rather than force a plan — tell us the outcome you need and we will put together a custom engagement.
Do plan prices include software licences?
No. Tool licences such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or cloud consumption are billed by those vendors directly. We help you choose the most cost-effective licensing for your situation.
